Booked Scott to gain entry to my car and make a new set of keys. Text him all my vehicle details and confirmed my... address as he asked on the phone. Then comes the day he's meant to do the job and he rings me to tell me I'm too far away and it isn't worth his time (after telling me how bad traffic is etc). This is after having my full address for 3 days (3 days in which he could have rang me to cancel). He was fully aware of where I live when he accepted the job. Was given Scott's details on recommendation of a neighbour. We'll make sure to let Rob know that you let us down. Contacted an MLA approved locksmith who lived a similar distance away who actually arrived the next day as agreed.read more
